We were engaged by a private client to design and build this townhouse development in Chileka. The scope of the project is construct 5 townhouses and 1 quarters. The project has been ongoing for 18 months and is now at 80% completion, with just a few stages to go.

We constructed our first concrete products plant, Reines ProCrete Chileka as an internal project. The plant is the first of four plants we intend to construct in Blantyre. It sits on 1,200 square meters of land and facilitates the manufacturing of pavers, concrete blocks, bricks, stone cladding, and other concrete products. We planned and delivered this project within eight months.

We were engaged by a client in diaspora to design and build this 3-bedroom family home as their final retirement home. The project began in August 2025 and scheduled to be complete end 2026.

We undertook signage maintenance works for Small Holder Farmers Revelving fund of Malawi on Ulimi House, through Knight Frank (Malawi) Limited. The project was completed within 1 day.

We were engaged by a client in Chileka to supply and install double-T pavers at their private residence in Chileka. The scope of the project was to pave and driveway and parking area totaling to 216 square meters and we completed the project within 30-days.

We were engaged by a client in Chapima to supply and install rectangle pavers at their development in Chapima. The scope of the project was to pave and driveway and parking area totaling to 349 square meters and we completed the project within 30-days.

We are currently installing dry-wall partitions in our new head office along Kamuzu Highway. The project is scheduled to be completed in 2026.

We successfully delivered one of our early tiling, kitchen and home renovation projects in Area 47, Lilongwe, setting the foundation for our growth in interior works. This project was completed within a period of 2 weeks.
