How long does a quotation take?

We prepare detailed quotations within 3–5 business days of receiving your project brief.

Is the quotation free?

Initial quotations carry no obligation to proceed. A Bill of Quantities (BOQ) or an on-site assessment may attract a separate fee, which we'll always confirm with you upfront before any work begins.

What payment structure do you use?

We use a milestone-based payment structure — either 50/25/25 or 75/25 — depending on what works best for you. We'll agree on the split before your project begins.

Can I request changes after submitting?

Absolutely. Once we contact you, you can adjust scope, budget, or timeline before the quote is finalised.

Do you work outside Blantyre?

Yes — we operate across Malawi including Lilongwe, Zomba, Mzuzu, and other regions.

How do I track my project once started?

All active clients receive access to the Client Portal for real-time project tracking and payments.
